Filming in Bear Lake Valley
Bear Lake, often called the “Caribbean of the Rockies,” is known for its intense turquoise blue water. For thousands of years, the Shoshone, Ute, and Bannock tribes gathered at its shores, hunting, and fishing in the warmer months. Originally called Black Bear Lake for its abundance of black bears, it was later shortened to Bear Lake. An all-season, year-round destination, let Bear Lake be the background for your next filming project.
