Bear Lake Monster Winterfest – This is Bear Lake Valley’s biggest winter event of the year, including the CISCO DISCO and Polar Plunge. Held in January every year. Anglers wading waist deep in the icy water or fishing through the ice, dip net for the Bonneville Cisco. Once the fishing limit has been caught, the crowds shift to the State Park Marina where the Monster Polar Plunge will take place. Costumes are encouraged, families and groups are welcome, and every participant gets a prize!
Bear Lake Shake – What better way to kick of summer than at the Bear Lake Shake? Participate in the motorboat Poker run, enter the sand volleyball tournament, or bring your camp stove and favorite recipe for the Dutch-oven cook off! Family games, and kite flying are also on the schedule for this event held the weekend after Memorial Day.
